A glittering career sometimes hides some of the darkest stories beneath. Lolo has achieved her present place of prominence after years of hard work and patience. Jones was born into a single mother and had five children living suffering from poverty and hardships as a child, had an incredibly difficult childhood. She lived with her mother in the basement of a church, and was always moving around. Jones was required to go to the same high school each year because of her nomadic upbringing. In Theodore Roosevelt High School, Jones lived apart from her mother in order to pursue her interests in track events. She stayed in four homes during her time in high school, so she could complete her studies in the same place. Jones received an award called the Gatorade track and field athlete of the Award in high school. as a cellist in the student section, Jones was also part of the school's orchestra. Jones began her career at the college level as one of the most talented hurdlers. She was the winner of the 100-meter hurdle in 2002 at the NCAA Track & Field Championship. She also participated in the team that finished second in the 100-meters relay. Jones was a winner of the hurdles in the indoor section at NCAA Championships in both 2003 and 2004. Jones started her track career in the year 2005, when she graduated from university. In 2005 she won the winner of Torino Memorial race. Torino Memorial race, in 2006 she took the Heusden and Ostrava runners.

Brandt relocated to Cape Town South Africa to Auckland New Zealand at the close of her teen years. Brandt's talent was discovered in Auckland through the local cast director Brandt. She took the part of Naevia in the Starz show Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Produced by Steven S. D Knight (Sam Raimi) and Steven S. D Knight (Steven S. D Knight) the actress was an instant hit. Mazikeen was a well-loved DC/Vertigo comics character and she played her in the Netflix hit series Lucifer for six years. Forbes listed Lucifer as the most watched series in 2021. Brandt's next appearance will be in an episode of six in the Walking Dead spin-off in 2024, opposite Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurrira. Her other Netflix shows include animated adult show Captain Fall starring Jason Ritter, Anthony Carrigan, and Chris Meloni. This will be aired in the month of July in 2023. Lesley Ann Brandt was born on the 2nd of December in Cape Town, South Africa. She is a talented New Zealander performer. Lesley Brandt along with the remainder of her family moved from the United States to Auckland New Zealand, in 1999. The year 1999, in Auckland Brandt began her career as an employee in the retail sector, and later was elevated to the position of IT Manager. Lesley started out modeling after which she began appearing in commercials. She graduated in 2008 and completed her studies in acting. Then, in 2009, she continued training by using the Meisner method of study. Lesley Brandt's very first noteworthy actor role was on the TV drama series Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt is a supporting guest on New Zealand television drama Shortland Street. She then appeared in the Sci-fi action thriller This Is Not My Life which is based on the anecdote of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast as Naevia her young hostage. She was depicted later on in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries in the Television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand.

As she was caring for her mother who suffers from Stage 4 brain cancer Maria found out she was in the midst of an illness of her own. In February 2014 Menounos started experiencing troubling symptoms. She tells PEOPLE that she had been suffering from headaches and lightheadedness from February 2014. "My speech was slurred. It was also difficult for me to comprehending the prompter on the teleprompter." Menounos was diagnosed with a meningioma-sized brain tumor. A MRI confirmed this. Menounos booked an appointment to see her mother's neurosurgeon, Dr. Keith L. Black. The surgeon scheduled the surgery on June 8 for Menounos' 39th birthday. He told her, "I am 98 percent positive that the tumor is not malignant, but we'll never know until we actually get there," The complex procedure, lasting about 7 hours the surgeon Dr. Black was able to remove 99.9 per cent of the cancer.
